Lubor Trubka Associates Architects

Kwakiult Wagalus School, Port Hardy, BC won the 2019 WoodWorks! BC Award for Western Red Cedar. Lubor thanks the Kwakiutl Band for opportunity to make a cedar building that reflects the heritage and culture of Kwakiult First Nation.

Lubor was nominated by his peers for Fellowship in the College of Fellows of the Royal Architecture Institute of Canada for his pursuit of excellence in architecture and personal contribution and dedication to the profession. He was officially Inducted into the College of Fellows on May 29th at the College of Fellows Convocation in Winnipeg, MB.
